Just what is an Elmore anyway. Well it is pepole who lived a long time ago,and they planted trees,vegetables and raised cows, chickens and pigs.The Honey bee was needed to polinate the trees and vegetables.

Did you know that a Honey Bee only lives 30-40 days? and that they only make about a teaspoon of Honey, That's why Honey is so precious to me. It is hard to make good quality Honey, Honey Bees also make Royal Jelly and Pollen.

Royal Jelly is an enzyme that is secreted by the nurse bees brain, a nurse bee is a young bee that takes care of the Queen-Bee and makes sure that she is fed a strict diet of Royal Jelly and Pollen.  Becaus the Queen eats Royal Jelly she lives approx. 50-60 times longer than the other bees in the hive.

Royal Jelly is also known to be high in Antioxidents and contains all of the vitamins B1-B12 for high energy.
